Why Aerobic Kickboxing?
If you want a challenging workout for Men and Women then Aerobic Kickboxing is for you! You will do a workout which includes weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and exercises that work all your major muscle groups. Students are taught the proper way to punch and kick not just dance moves like being done in gyms and exercise videos. The kicking and punching technique will provide you with actual self- defense awareness so you are learning to protect yourself as you get into shape! Your continual workout will provide you the cardio that will keep your heart rate in the fat burning range so you see results! You will be challenged to work hard toward your fitness goals and you will proud when you reach them!
AEROBIC KICKBOXING PROGRAM
Men and women are finding that Aerobic Kickboxing is a great way to get into shape and lose weight. Aerobic Kickboxing is the latest exercise program which swept the Nation in the last few years and is a combination between Karate, Aerobics, and Kickboxing.
"What people are finding unique about this program is that you get in shape at the same time you learn to protect yourself, " says owner of American Karate Academy, Joe Doyle. "Aerobic Kickboxing/Tae Bo allows people to release stress, burn calories and get into shape faster than any other program out there". Muscle and Fitness rated aerobic kickboxing as the number one calorie burning workout using 800 calories per class. "I've lost 12 pounds in the three months that I have been working out and I feel great," says Tina Morely, a student in the kickboxing classes. "People rave about the program but it comes down to dedication and commitment to make any program work. The secret to having a good program is to make people enjoy working out. I've worked out at other gyms but the teaching staff is special here."
Classes are 45 minutes of fun and intense workout. Everyone is instructed to go at their own pace. Students increase their efforts each class to challenge themselves.

Q. Do I have to be in shape to start?
A. No. Everyone starting a fitness program are at different levels of fitness. We work with you each class at your own pace for your own level of fitness.
Q. How soon will I see results?
A. Everyone is different. It will depend on how consistent you are to your workouts and how dedicated you are to your eating habits. Toning can be as fast a couple of weeks. You should set a goal of 1.5 pounds of weight loss per week.
Q. Is it hard to get started?
A. No. Just set up your Free Private Beginner Class. Bring in a bottle of water, a towel, shoes, and energy!
What are the class times?
Class times are Monday and Wednesday from 8:00pm-8:45pm.
What does it cost?
Classes are $50 per Month. People can sign-up for a 3 month program and get a FREE pair of kickboxing Gloves!
